About this Speaker

Ryan Singer is an Emergency Services Coordinator for the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office and a critical member of one of the busiest Search and Rescue organizations in the country. Ryan is responsible for a variety of emergency response and management functions to include collaborating with local, state and federal partners, resource ordering and mobilization for all hazards incidents, and developing county-wide plans for high severity incident response. Ryan’s planning background includes mass casualty events, flooding, and Search and Rescue. Ryan has contributed to coordination efforts in major incident responses, including the devastating Marshall Fire in 2021 in which he helped coordinate the evacuation of over 35,000 people, and the 2021 King Soopers Shooting in Boulder, where he helped coordinate the unmanned aerial system response. In his spare time Ryan serves as a Division Chief, Training Coordinator, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Boulder Emergency Squad.
