Lisa Soucy

Lisa Soucy leads the mission critical voice (MCV) portfolio at the National institute of Standards and Technology’s Public Safety Communications Research Division. Her focus is on developing research that ensures first responders can communicate effectively and clearly, even in the most challenging situations. With over 20 years of industry experience in telecommunications research and new product development, Lisa has collaborated with numerous third-party vendors throughout her career to verify functionality according to the 3rd Generation Partnership Project, or 3GPP, specifications. Her specialty lies in interoperability, end-to-end system integration, verification, and validation.
