Kevan Dilworth is a Mission Operations Specialist for the U.S. Air Force at the 88th Air Base Wing, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Serving as Program Manager of command, control, and communications modernization efforts for base defense operations, he is focused on fielding and operationalizing new technologies to support Agile Combat Employment. He holds a master’s degree in public administration for crisis management from Norwich University and is an adjunct professor of professional military education at the Air Education and Training Center. He has more than 12 years of combined Army and Air Force military service with experience up to the Field Army level. He is credited with the creation of the Installation Mobile Situational Awareness Tool project, a functionally agnostic tactical level common operating picture fielding effort to generate interoperability for Department of Defense force protection.
