Dennis Baliga

Dennis Baliga is Deputy Director for City of Chicago Public Safety Information Technologies. He oversees public safety radio, mobility, in-vehicle technology, network, and various technology projects for the last four years for the City of Chicago. As a Communications Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, he gained experience with in-vehicle IT mobility implementations in the logistics industry.
