Charlotte Whitacre

Charlotte Whitacre is the director of government engagement at the FirstNet Authority, having served with the agency for over eight years. Charlotte joined the FirstNet Authority after serving 10 years at the U.S. Department of Justice as a telecommunications manager. She has more than 26 years in communications experience, beginning in the U.S. Army Signal Corps where she specialized in satellite operations/engineering and worked primarily on NATO and United Nations missions. Charlotte attended West Virginia University as a double major in public relations and French.
