Bob Kaelin

Robert E. Kaelin has provided technology planning and management services to public sector agencies for more than 30 years. Starting by replacing 58 systems in five years at the Law Enforcement Support Agency in Tacoma, Washington, he has worked with numerous technologies, from the automated fingerprint identification system (AFIS) to Zetron, and most of those in between. Bob focuses on implementing the business use of technology and ensuring the technology used delivers business value. Currently, he assists both the Nevada Department of Public Safety and Department of Motor Vehicle with major modernization and transformation efforts. He serves in the role of Vice President, Enterprise Client Leadership, with Mission Critical Partners, LLC.
