Samuel Hulsey is a founding member of United First Responder Technology Coalition (UFRTC) and the former team lead of ResponseWing, a pioneering drone startup focused on developing 3D mapping unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for search and rescue operations. As a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Samuel brings invaluable frontline experience to the team, uniquely informing the design and deployment of technology tailored to the real-world needs of first responders. His commitment to operational safety in hazardous environments fuels his leadership in the development of drones equipped with real-time simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) and advanced 3D reconstruction capabilities, enhancing situational awareness for emergency personnel on the ground.
