Micah Holmes

Micah Holmes is a Battalion Chief with the Longmont Fire Department with over 20 years of dedicated service in fire and emergency medical services, including six years as a Company Officer and three years as a Training Officer. He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, specializing in developing high-performing teams in high-stress environments. He has specialized in the people side of the fire service successfully organizing and conducting more than 30 promotional and hiring processes, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition and leadership development for emergency services.
