Lori Stone

Lori Stone is a Senior Public Safety Advisor for the First Responder Network Authority. She is responsible for outreach and consultation with local public safety agencies in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Prior to joining the FirstNet Authority in 2015 she worked on the deployment of Maryland’s statewide public safety radio system and managed public safety communications grant programs. Lori also spent several years at the Maryland Emergency Management Agency, drafting Memorandum of Understandings and Infrastructure Sharing Agreements with all levels of government agencies, writing Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines, and developing and testing Continuity of Operations Plans. She has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Towson University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.
