David Van Ballegooijen has 20 years of experience managing small teams in a wide variety of fields, including politics, technology, for-profit and non-profit organizations. He is the Chief Operating Officer of the Western Fire Chiefs Association, and part of a team that develops and supports leaders and organizations that provide protection for people and the environment from fires and other natural, technological, and human-behavior-caused emergencies.
