Eventide Communications improves 9-1-1 center efficiency by automating call evaluation, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, enhancing feedback for new hires, and supporting staff wellness by reducing exposure to traumatic content. Visitors will explore three CIAI components: a research assistant for fast searches, a quality assurance (QA) assistant for automated evaluations, and supervisor assistant for visual reports These are all designed to improve decision-making, boost productivity, streamline operations, and enhance emergency response outcomes.
