John Bamba

John Bamba serves as a systems analyst with the Guam Police Department, overseeing the department’s technology and information gathering systems. He also oversees the Government of Guam’s land mobile radio systems as the communications manager. John is actively involved in various committees within the Government of Guam, including Guam Homeland Security, the Guam Army National Guard, and the Guam Fire Department, which involves readiness preparedness for almost every type of event or incident. He works with entities across private, local, federal and U.S. military sectors.
