Guillaume Lambert is the Deputy Secretary General of the France Ministry of the Interior, which he has been with since 2015. He has 16 years of operational experience at the highest level of the State, alternating between executive responsibilities and oversight of strategic projects. He is also the head of the French public safety broadband network programme (RRF). Driven towards innovation, Guillaume has been involved in designing and developing the NexSIS digital emergency services platform, deploying the European Union emergency call (eCall) national infrastructure, and defining the artificial intelligence (AI) strategy in the field of relief within the Ministry of the Interior. He also supported the transposition of the EU directive establishing the European Code for Electronic Communications.
