Chris Stratmann

Colonel (Ret.) Chris Stratmann is the deputy commander for program management with the FirstNet Response Operations Group™ (ROG™), which provides strategic and tactical support to planned and emergent events. As a member of the core leadership team, he is responsible for the development of programs and policy as well as internal and external relationship management and engagement. He develops long-range strategy and planning to further the ROG and FirstNet missions. Before joining AT&T, Chris served as the Chief Information Officer for the Kansas National Guard and was responsible for the operation, maintenance and security of the statewide network as well as all National Guard tactical and deployable communications equipment. He previously served with the U.S. Air Force.
