Pramod Abichandani

Pramod Abichandani is a robotics entrepreneur and an academic. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of two robotics companies (LocoRobo Innovations and LocoRobotics) focused on the education, consumer, and defense markets. He is also a faculty member in the School of Applied Engineering and Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Computer Science departments at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Prior to joining NJIT, he served as a faculty member in the Colleges of Engineering and Business at Drexel University. His work focuses on advancing national security through innovative applications of uncrewed aerial systems and developing a globally competent American robotics workforce.
