Niki Papazoglakis has been actively involved in public safety communications and technology for over 20 years. She has been involved with numerous innovative public safety projects including streaming video over the nation’s first 700 MHz Public Safety Broadband Network, deploying the nation’s first all-digital public safety answering point (PSAP), and developing the first mobile data requirements analysis for public safety. As Program Coordinator for the Harris County FirstNet Early Builder Program, Niki led some of the earliest and most significant mobile app deployments supporting public safety operations including the Houston Rodeo, Super Bowl LI, and Hurricane Harvey response. Niki has a distinct ability to organize disparate groups, build consensus, and drive innovation within environments historically resistant to change. She launched Bridge4PS in 2019 to address the lack of secure, interoperable, public safety messaging. Niki holds a bachelor’s degree in international trade and finance as well as a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in criminal justice policy.
