Digital Patient Tracking and Triage System (DPTTS)

This demonstration will showcase the Digital Patient Tracking and Triage System (DPTTS). DPTTS enables next-generation digital medical triage, specifically allowing first responders to transmit patients’ biomedical data to respective medical/emergency care facilities using wearable biosensors. The mission impact of this technology is for medical triage and patient tracking tool that bridges the gap from incident/emergency to the medical/emergency care facility. DPTTS integrates wearable biosensors and Internet of Things (IoT) devices to measure and transmit the patient’s biomedical data. It visually integrates this data into a common operating picture to provide situational awareness in medical emergencies to empower Emergency Medical Technicians and other emergency responders, particularly in mass casualty events.
