A Broadband Interoperability Platform for First Responder LTE Networks

Different long-term evolution (LTE) communications services are not inherently compatible and need translation between networks. This demonstration shows communications between push –to-talk smartphones connected to AT&T’s FirstNet® Built with AT&T Service, Southern Linc’s CriticalLinc™ Service, and proprietary push-to-talk BeON™ from L3Harris. Each of these networks connect to Catalyst’s IntelliLink Interworking Server which manages and converts network interface differences.
